QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor Degre in Engineering
• Minimum 20 years of experience in EPC Oil and gas projects.
• Full responsibility of QA/QC matters in Major EPC projects in all project phases (from Engineering until commissioning and final documentation).
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• ISO 9001 certified + Additional QA/QC certifications.
• Detailed experience in pipeline procurement, construction,  welding  and installation.
• Reports administratively to Project Manager and functionally reporting to Corporate QC Manager.
• Liaise with the project team on all aspects affecting quality.
• Maintain and manage the project QA/QC program.
• Managing  QA/QC activities for all disciplines including third party inspectors, vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure QA/QC requirements are implemented during engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phase.
• Ensure  that contractually specified quality and related technical and regulatory/ certification requirements are achieved.
• Maintain and implement the Project Quality Plan.
• Ensure all Inspection and test as per approved ITP are implemented and recorded.
• Identify and document non-conformances and ensure that corrective actions are carried out promptly and effectively.
• Monitors the project quality KPIs and implements improvement actions whenever applicable, to correct negative indicators.
• Liaise with Company on all inspection and quality matters.
