To support the FEED stage of a major offshore pipeline project. The role is responsible for coordinating technical and non-technical inputs, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and supporting key decision-making towards Final Investment Decision (FID).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate both technical and non-technical aspects for key GEP documents, including the BOD, Project Execution Plan, CAPEX Estimate Basis, Schedule Estimate Basis, and Quality Management Plan.
• Act as the focal point for project control applications during FEED.
• Consolidate all GEP FEED deliverables for internal, partner, and regulatory submissions.
• Work closely with the GEP Team to ensure effective daily project management.
• Manage GEP project controls interface to ensure accurate information flow and communication.
• Identify and address gaps in project controls and coordination.
• Prepare and report project progress; lead GEP change management to maintain scope and cost control.
• Support the preparation and assurance of technical inputs for EPCI tender documents.
• Coordinate with SCM, HSSE, Quality, IT, Legal, and Project Controls teams.
• Provide short-term technical support for small-scale studies related to regulatory or stakeholder requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical Science.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in offshore pipeline design or construction.
• Experience in deepwater pipelines is preferred.
