SCOPE of WORK:

Assistance to COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE in Independent Consultant Offices and support in all matters.
- Will stand-in for expatriate during leave periods.
- Monitor IC and reporting to JKT Project office of all IC activities.
- Review and endorse the deliverables from IC such as;
   a) Ensuring the methodology of the work scope proposed by IC is in line with untimate objectives. 
   b) Ensuring that all the necessary conditions proposed by IC and accepted by JKT Project office are embedded in EPCI ITT.
   c) Ongoing analysis of IC actiivities and work product to ensure consistency of their approch with ultimate goals of rationalising the OLNG competitive EPC Bids.
- Manage the work schedule of IC to meet overall project schedule instructed by JKT Project office.
- Provide guidance and instructions, as required, to facilitate IC Scope of Work.
- Provide guidance to IC and mitigate risks found in matters related to their SoW - subject to JKT Project office direction.
- Manage the probity arrangement required to be maintained by IC.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, or equivalent, relative to this Scope of Work;
- At least twenty (20) years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience on FEED or EPC phases of upstream and/or downstream oil and gas project, i.e.          offshore or onshore plant such as Onshore LNG;
- Technical professional, ideally with experience and/or knowledge of engineering, or project controls functions in the oil and gas or petro-chemical industry.
- Track record in management, including some cost control and reporting services; planning and scheduling services for complex world-wide projects;
- Possible  direct FEED engineering experience is advantageous.
