ROLE:
- Supervises daily rig operations/activities and monitor work progress.
- Coordinate and follow up day to day Rig operation, daily cost control, and transportation strategy
- Conduct risk control through implementation of Task Risk Assessment (TRA)/Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), toolbox meetings, and ensure effective barrier management.
- Coordination with Superintendent Rig Operations, Superintendent Rig Maintenance and Asset Operations in operational performance reporting, identification of improvement areas, and implementation of performance and safety enhancement initiatives.
- Accountability for operational execution, safety performance, and decision-making remain with focusing on continuous improvement in operational performance, procedural compliance, work discipline, and safety culture, and reduction of Non-Productive Time (NPT)
Serve as a professional role model in integrity, effective communication, risk control, and safety standards implementation in the workplace.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Shall have at least ten (10) years of working experience in Drilling and/or Workover Well Services/Well Intervention operations including three (3) years of experience as a Rig Supervisor in Workover & Well Services/Well Intervention. Shall have completed the following qualification requirements (including training schools or certification programs):
- Held valid PPSDM MIGAS Ahli Pengendali Perawatan Sumur (APPS) Rig/Hoist Certificate.
- Well Control certification (IWCF/IADC) at a minimum of Supervisory Level (preferred)
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines.
- Comprehensive understanding of WOWS operations including well completion, well servicing, POOH/RIH pipe/tubing, killing well, fishing job, rig up/rig down, and mobilization/demobilization
- Proficient in well control, operational troubleshooting, and operational decision-making in the field.
- Proficient in work safety systems, including PTW, JSA/TRA, HAZID, and Risk Assessment; experienced in emergency response procedures and fire prevention/suppression on rig operations.
- Have strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills with relevant stakeholders involved in the works.
- Able to serve as a role model in implementing operational discipline, procedural compliance, and HSE culture in the WOWS rig environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. for reporting and analysis purposes.
