ROLES:

• Assisting existing Floorman in workover/well intervention operations such as pipe & tubing handling, rig up/rig down, well servicing, and rig floor activities.
• In addition to assisting duties, actively perform as a Floorman as required by operational needs to support smooth WOWS operations on the rig floor.
• Develop the competency of the existing Floorman in using rig floor equipment such as tongs, slips, elevators, hand tools, and well servicing tools in accordance with safe work procedures.
• Serve as a role model for the existing Floorman in implementing WOWS best practices, procedural compliance, proper PPE usage, and safe working behavior.
• Conduct and guide manual handling, lifting activities, and the use of lifting aids on the rig floor in accordance with safety standards and work procedures.
• Ensure implementation of HSE standards, PTW, TRA/JSA, toolbox meetings, and operational risk control during workover/well intervention activities.
• Emphasize that primary operational accountability remains with the existing Floorman, while Floorman WOWS functions as a mentor, competency coach, and enabler of safe and efficient work standards.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Shall have at least five (5) years of working experience in Drilling and/or Workover Well Services/Well Intervention operations including at least three (3) years of experience as a Floorman in Workover & Well Services/Well Intervention. Shall have completed the following qualification requirements (including training schools or certification programs):

1. Held valid minimum PPSDM MIGAS Operator Lantai Perawatan Sumur Rig/Hoist Certificate.
2. High school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
3. Understand fundamental or basic of WOWS operation procedures, including well completion, well servicing, pipe/tubing handling, well killing, POOH/RIH string, well intervention and rig up/down.
4. Understand well control, pressure control, and response to abnormal well conditions.
5. Understand basic well control, pressure control installation, pressure awareness, and response to abnormal well conditions.
6. Understand work safety procedures, including PTW, JSA/TRA, LOTO, emergency response procedures, and perform fire prevention and safety extinguishing.
7. Have teamwork skills, good communication, and the ability to follow instructions from the Driller and direct supervisor.
8. Able to operate and use handling equipment such as elevators, slips, tongs, and pipe handling tools according to procedure.
9. Capable of maintaining workspace housekeeping, discipline in using PPE (APD), and compliance with SOPs and operational standards.
10. Good communication and coordination skills with Derrickman, Driller, Toolpusher, Rig Supervisor, and related teams.
