ROLES;

• Create and prepare regular (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly) Cost Analysis & Reporting
• Assist in preparing project budgets and forecast future, labor, material, and related costs
• Maintain and monitor actual cost compared to budget during running the projects.
• Identify inefficiencies in operational processes, recommending changes to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and assigned to the correct projects or departments.
• Responsible for complying with Company and Contractor HSE Procedure and Standard.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

1. A Minimum D3 in Accounting, Finance, Management or engineering/science related field.
2. Have two (2) years’ working experience in financial analysis, cost accounting & reporting.
3. Capable of analyzing actual costs against budgeted or standard costs, producing reports for management on variances.
4. Strong mathematical skills for data analysis, cost modeling and variance analysis.
5. Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems e.g. SAP and others). Knowledge and use of office productivity tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
6. Good communication and coordination skills with related teams.
