ROLES:

• Conducting, tracking, and auditing stock levels, including cycle counts of material requirements.
• Checking, unloading, and inspecting materials upon delivery to ensure proper quality and quantity.
• Issuing materials to the work area, including planning for material infeed into rigs.
• Processing paperwork, maintaining accurate inventory records, and handling material Receipt documents for example Record min/max quantity of all Rig’s spare parts and condition of all Rig’s equipment.
• Provide a report to Company’s representative about the min/max quantity of every Rig’s spare part and its condition regularly.
• Responsible for complying with Company and Contractor HSE Procedure and Standard especially for proper handling of hazardous or heavy materials

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Have minimum 5 (five) years working experience as Material Man or Material Controller for Drilling, Workover, Well Service, Completion Jobs or related field.
2. Have basic knowledge about Rig’s equipment including their specifications and dimensions.
3. High school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized storage areas.
5. Precision in recording, counting, and inspecting materials to prevent discrepancies.
6. Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting or loading, often in demanding industrial or rig environments
7. Knowledge and use of office productivity tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
