ROLES:

• Supports daily rig operations/activities as needed by tool pusher and rig supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with the HSE Management System, HSE Plan, and Bridging Document, and promote a strong safety culture through behavioral safety.
• Maintain and troubleshooting rig equipment to ensure manageable rig operation.
• Responsible for complying with Company and Contractor HSE Procedure and Standard.
• Able to serve as a role model in operational aspects, work discipline, and HSE culture within the rig environment.
• Capable of having good communication with rig team leaders.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

1. A Minimum D3 in engineering/science or Occupational Safety and Health.
2. Have a valid MIGAS/BNSP AK3 operator certificate
3. Have a valid MIGAS/BNSP AGT (Authorized Gas Tester) certificate
4. Have a valid MIGAS/BNSP scaffolding inspector certificate
5. Have valid Basic Fire Fighting and Basic First Aid certificate
6. MIGAS/BNSP crane inspector certificate (optional)
7. Minimum of relevant 15 years’ experience in educational degree D3 or 12 years in educational degree S1.
8. Experience in scheduling, supervising and providing functional guidance to inspection activities and resources.
9. Familiar with International and national industry HSE Standard, regulations and codes.
10. Strong personal commitment to good safety and environmental work practices.
11. Good interpersonal, networking and relationship-building skills and ability to form an open and productive relationship with the Contractor.
12. Promote crew awareness on safety culture and efficient operations.
13. Good communication, coordination, interpersonal/team building skills.
14. Understands and can implement HSE management systems, TRA/JSA, JMP, PTW, HAZID, and Risk Assessment.
15. Strong leadership capability and able to act as an agent of change in improving safety and operational performance.
16. Knowledge and use of office productivity tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
