REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Minimum D3 in engineering/science or Occupational Safety and Health.
- Have a valid MIGAS/BNSP AK3 operator certificate
- Have a valid MIGAS/BNSP AGT (Authorized Gas Tester) certificate
- Have a valid MIGAS/BNSP scaffolding inspector certificate
- Have valid Basic Fire Fighting and Basic First Aid certificate
- MIGAS/BNSP crane inspector certificate (optional)
- Minimum of relevant 15 years’ experience in educational degree D3 or 12 years in educational degree S1.
- Experience in scheduling, supervising and providing functional guidance to inspection activities and resources.
- Familiar with International and national industry HSE Standard, regulations and codes.
- Strong personal commitment to good safety and environmental work practices.
- Good interpersonal, networking and relationship-building skills and ability to form an open and productive relationship with the Contractor.
- Promote crew awareness on safety culture and efficient operations.
- Good communication, coordination, interpersonal/team building skills.
- Understands and can implement HSE management systems, TRA/JSA, JMP, PTW, HAZID, and Risk Assessment.
- Strong leadership capability and able to act as an agent of change in improving safety and operational performance.
- Knowledge and use of office productivity tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
