PURCHASING CONTRACT-MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR

ROLE:

The Purchasing Contract Management Administrator will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end (A–Z) purchasing contracts and providing administrative and operational support to the Purchasing Manager. The role ensures accurate contract administration, compliance with purchasing procedures, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Computer literate with at least intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Familiarity with purchasing processes and administrative procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of legal terms and contract language.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Buyer or in a role related to purchasing or legal functions in O&G, Petrochemical, or Manufacturing industry.
