SCOPE OF WORK:

• Review and evaluate FEED deliverables from FEED Contractors, provide comments, identify risks, and ensure they meet COMPANY requirements. Key documents include:
  • Construction Execution Plan
  • Project Execution Plan
  • Logistics Plan
  • Security Plan
  • Medical & MEDIVAC Plan
  • Fabrication Plan
• Coordinate with FEED Contractors to ensure all deliverables align with COMPANY expectations and project objectives.
• Support and lead early site activities, including managing the Early Work Contractor when required.
• Compare FEED deliverables with EPC proposals and identify gaps, risks, or improvements.
• Lead coordination and taskforce activities with internal teams and consultants.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding construction and project matters.
• Support the EPC Contracting Team during EPC contract preparation and execution.
• Support cost estimation for Owner’s expenses during EPC execution.
• Conduct business trips to project sites, Perth, Darwin, fabrication yards, and vendors as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Work experience of at oil and gas project construction site for about one or more projects
2. Work experience as a project engineer. This experience can be substituted for construction experience depending upon other knowledge and experience.
3. Understanding  of scheduling and construction execution including preservation, QA / QC, engineering interface etc.
4. Civil construction experience
5. Experience of planning is appreciated.
6. Capability in preparation of documents
7. Mind for teamwork and collaboration with others
8. Willingness to learn Indonesian (language training is said to be “mandatory” to extend visa)
9. Any other general skill sets required for oil and gas FEED study
10. Flexibility to adjust
