JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent the Company at the project site and coordinate daily operations with the Contractor.
• Supervise operations, QC activities, data quality, production, equipment, and field performance.
• Ensure all activities comply with project contract requirements and HSE standards.
• Maintain communication with the Company’s Jakarta office and support project reporting.
• Monitor project progress, budget, schedule, permits, logistics, and community relations.
• Supervise the use and control of explosives, if applicable.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in seismic data acquisition operations.
• Experience as Company Representative or Party Chief in at least 5 land seismic projects.
• Experienced in 3D onshore seismic projects, preferably in Papua.
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and project management.
• Good communication skills and fluent in English (spoken and written).
