JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and conduct project socialization activities with local communities, government authorities, and other companies operating in the survey area.
• Build and maintain good relationships with local communities, government officials, and tribal/community leaders.
• Document and verify all damages caused by project activities together with community representatives, Contractor representatives, and government representatives.
• Coordinate and process compensation payments together with the Contractor representative.
• Resolve community issues related to project operations and maintain the Company’s reputation.
• Prepare reports on socialization activities, operational activities, and compensation claim settlements.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum High School graduate.
• At least 8 years of experience in community relations, preferably in seismic operations in Papua.
• Experienced in verification and settlement of damage claims in land seismic surveys.
• Able to operate computers and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Good communication skills.
