JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop the Project HSE Plan, including HSE targets, and coordinate with the Contractor to ensure all HSE programs are properly implemented throughout the project.
• Conduct inspections of equipment, personnel, procedures, and work locations to ensure compliance and identify potential hazards.
• Supervise all field personnel regarding occupational safety, health, and environmental protection.
• Communicate HSE regulations to all workers and provide HSE training and induction programs for field personnel.
• Ensure all HSE targets are achieved and prepare HSE reports and improvement recommendations to the Company Representative.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience in HSE, preferably in seismic projects.
• Capable of conducting risk assessments, on-site inspections, safety training, incident investigations, and recommending corrective actions while promoting safe work practices.
• Good communication skills.
