JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent the Company Representative in the field and oversee daily operational activities.
• Organize and coordinate all QC teams in the field to ensure work targets and standards are achieved.
• Prepare worker rotation schedules, daily work plans, and conduct daily inspections of QC personnel activities.
• Provide input and daily reports to the Company Representative.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum High School graduate.
• At least 10 years of experience as Lead Technical QC in 2D/3D land seismic surveys, preferably with experience in Papua.
• Good knowledge of seismic data acquisition principles, seismic equipment, and survey workflows.
• Good communication skills.
