JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the quality of explosives, hole loading, depth, and covering materials meet required quality standards and document any deviations.
• Follow strict safety procedures during all activities, including handling, storage, and transportation of explosives.
• Prepare explosive loading activity reports, including incident reports, and report them to the Lead QC.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum High School graduate with a valid dynamite loading certificate from the Directorate General of Oil and Gas (Ditjen Migas).
• At least 7 years of experience in the related field.
• Strong understanding of explosives, blasting techniques, and related safety regulations.
• Able to solve problems during loading and blasting operations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
