PIPING TEST PACK COORDINATOR

Coordinate the completion of piping test circuits and test packs in accordance with project schedules.
Prepare and manage the Test Pack Execution Schedule.
Coordinate interfaces between Piping, Mechanical, Welding, Instrumentation, Construction, Engineering, and Quality teams.
Monitor test pack progress and ensure activities are completed according to project requirements.
Conduct daily coordination meetings with subcontractors and site teams.
Coordinate walkdowns, punch list, reinstatement, and test pack close-out.
Manage test pack submission and approval with the Client.
Prepare progress reports and statistical data.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, contractual, and project requirements.
Support the timely completion of piping systems for commissioning.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, Refinery, or similar projects.
Strong experience in Piping Test Pack / Hydrotest / Reinstatement / Pre-Commissioning activities.
Familiar with Piping Construction, QA/QC, Walkdown, Punch List, and Commissioning processes.
Experience working with subcontractors and international project teams.
Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
Able to work under project pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
