MECHANICAL QC INSPECTOR

Conduct mechanical inspections and quality control activities on site.
Ensure mechanical works comply with project specifications, codes, standards, and approved ITP/QCP.
Inspect incoming materials, equipment, piping, vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, HVAC, and other mechanical items.
Monitor construction, installation, welding, testing, and inspection activities.
Witness inspections and tests as required by the project.
Check and verify inspection and testing results.
Ensure testing and measuring equipment is properly calibrated.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Monitor preservation of mechanical equipment and materials.
Identify defects and support the handling and closing of NCRs.

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience as Mechanical QC Inspector, preferably in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, EPC, or Construction projects.
Good knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping, welding, inspection, and testing.
Familiar with ITP, QCP, NCR, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
Able to read mechanical drawings, specifications, and applicable codes/standards.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently at project/construction sites.
Good command of English is preferred.
