Responsibilities:

Provide HSE technical advice to efficiently manage all Health, Safety & Environmental programs and compliance requirements. Duties shall include the following, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with local Operations Leader to implement HSE procedures as applicable
• Engage with employees and contractors to ensure safety practices
• Assist Operations Leader in tasks related to promote a strong HSE culture
• Identify and report any regulatory compliance misses.
• Facilitate risk assessment/management
• Promote a safety observation and near miss reporting culture
• Participate in incident investigation, site HSE audits/inspections
• Complete all required metrics – Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma of all education background
• Experience occupational safety and health, environmental management
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience related with HSE
• Familiar with CSMS, HSE Pre-qualification, HSE Tender
• Have experience with HSE di in D&C PHR Project
• Have AK3 U/K3 Migas
• Must be from Duri domicile
• Must have SIM minimal B1
• Have certificate of MVSP (Motor Vehicle Safety) Trainer HV & LV PHR WK Rokan
• Have LOP (Lifting Operation Permit) Trainer PHR WK Rokan (is a must)
• HSE professional certification such as NEBOSH or equivalent
• Familiarization with risk assessments
• Knowledge on lifting and rigging safe practices
