Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review structural fabrication drawings, work packages, and production documents.
• Plan and monitor daily structural fabrication activities.
• Coordinate with Structural Engineers, and other project teams to ensure smooth production activities.
• Monitor production progress against project schedules.
• Ensure all structural fabrication works comply with approved drawings.
• Monitor manpower, to achieve production targets efficiently.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC team
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports, progress updates, and productivity records.
• Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements, safety procedures, and applicable work permits.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural fabrication or construction.
• Experience in the oil and gas or fabrication industry is preferred.
• Able to read structural drawings and coordinate with project teams.
