The QC INSPECTION function will be responsible for conducting daily inspection activities to support production, ensuring material and inspection processes comply with engineering drawings, specification, Inspection Test Plan (ITP), and applicable API/ customer requirements before proceeding to next process stage or final acceptance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review routing packages, specifications, drawings, picklist, and doucument revisions.
• Perform dimensial, hardness, phosphating, testing, and assembly inspections.
• Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and in-process inspections.
• Verify calibration of gauges/tools and validate outsourced inspection report.
• Ensure inspection documentation, traceability records, and quality reports are complete and accurate.
• accept or reject products, release confirming parts, and raise NCRs for non confirming items.
• Support Quality & HSE initiative and implement Stop Work when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or technical high school graduate with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experienced in component inspection and measurement in manufacturing.
• able to read technical drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Proficient in measurement tools gauges.
• Experienced in dimensional, visual, hardness, phosphating/coating, hydrotastic testing, and assembly inspections.
• Able to verify inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Knowladge of QMS and HSE requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and intergrity.
• Good communication (including in English) and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work shifts and irregular hours.
