RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop and monitor production schedules to meet delivery targets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness.
• Track production progress and resolve potential bottlenecks.
• Optimize production capacity, manpower, and recources.
• Analyze performance and drivecontinous improvement.
• Maintain accurate production data in the ERP system.
• Support capacity planning, delivery reviews, and performance meetings.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in production planning scheduling.
• Strong understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-sloving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication (including in English) and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
